Guest Numbers
The final confirmed number of guests must be provided to us no later than the evening before your charter. The number confirmed must match the number boarding the vessel on the day. Exceeding the capacity of your booked vessel is not permitted under any circumstances.

All guests are required by UAE law to carry valid identification when boarding:
- Tourists: Original passport

Amendments
Amendment requests — including date changes, guest numbers, or vessel upgrades — should be submitted as early as possible and are subject to availability. Amendments to catering orders must be confirmed the evening before the charter. Cancellations or reductions to confirmed catering orders are subject to full catering charges regardless of notice given.
Cancellations & Refunds
| Notice Given | Refund |
| More than 72 hours before charter | 50% of booking value refunded |
| 72 hours or less before charter | No refund |
| No-show | No refund |
Full refunds are issued only in the following circumstances:
- Weather is assessed as unsafe or the coastguard issues a warning
- We are unable to provide the booked vessel on the confirmed date
- The cancellation is confirmed before the charter time lapses
All cancellations must be submitted in writing and confirmed by our team. Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days via the original payment method.
Operator Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel any charter due to adverse weather, coastguard restrictions, mechanical failure, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, guests will be offered a full refund or a rescheduled charter at no additional charge.
Onboard Rules and Conduct
The following rules apply to all guests aboard all vessels and are enforced in compliance with Dubai Coast Guard regulations:
- Life jackets must be worn whenever instructed by the coastguard or captain
- Littering or dumping waste in the water is prohibited and punishable by law
- Swimming is permitted only before sunset and within 3 metres of the vessel
- Jumping from the vessel while anchored or underway is strictly prohibited
- Alcohol abuse or reckless behaviour may result in termination of the charter without refund
- Smoking is not permitted inside the vessel. Guests may smoke on the deck only
- Pets and animals are not permitted on board
- Children under 10 must wear life jackets on the outer deck at all times
- Guests under 21 must be supervised by a responsible adult
- The captain’s order is final. Anti-social or abusive behaviour toward crew will result in immediate charter termination without refund
Any fines imposed by the Dubai Coast Guard or marine authority due to guest non-compliance will be charged to the guest under the damage waiver agreement.
Damage Waiver
Guests are liable for any damage caused to the vessel during their charter. Damage costs will be notified in writing within 24 hours of the charter. Additional cleaning charges may apply. We reserve the right to charge the cardholder for damages, violations, or fines arising during the charter.
Catering Policy
Guests who have arranged catering must confirm quantities the evening before the charter. Guests are not permitted to bring their own catering on board. Dry foods — such as pizza, sandwiches, and snacks — may be brought on board, though guests should arrange their own cutlery and plates. Complimentary soft drinks and water are included on all vessels.
Liability
We do not accept liability for loss, injury, death, or additional expenses incurred as a result of injury, accident, sickness, or failure to comply with onboard rules.
