Every guest who charters a vessel with us, whether a couple seeking a private sunset cruise, a family celebrating a milestone, or a corporate group hosting an event on the water, places their trust in us to deliver an exceptional, safe, and honest experience. This policy sets out the ethical standards we hold ourselves to in honouring that trust.

Yacht in Dubai is part of the Travel Saga group of companies and is committed to conducting its yacht rental and tourism activities with integrity, transparency, professionalism, and respect for guests, employees, partners, and service providers.

Our Core Principles

Excellence and integrity — These are not aspirational words for us. They are the standard against which we measure every vessel we operate, every crew member we deploy, and every package we describe on our website.
Honest value — We commit to unbeatable prices alongside top-notch service. That means we aim to ensure that advertised prices clearly state what is included, while optional extras and additional charges are communicated before payment or confirmation.
Safety on the water — Every guest aboard a Yacht in Dubai is under our duty of care. Maritime safety protocols, life jacket compliance, crew certification, and vessel maintenance are non-negotiable and cannot be traded off for commercial convenience.
Transparent representation — What guests read about our yachts — size, capacity, facilities, views, and onboard capabilities — accurately reflects what they will experience. We do not use aspirational photography or language to present vessels as more spacious, exclusive, or equipped than they are.
We aim to provide clear and accurate information about yacht specifications, capacity, pricing, inclusions, booking conditions, cancellation terms, and other information that may affect a guest’s decision.
We do not intentionally publish or communicate misleading information about our services, vessels, prices, inclusions, availability, or booking conditions.
Respect — Every guest — regardless of nationality, group size, budget, or occasion — receives the same standard of professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness from our crew and team.
Accountability — When an experience does not meet the standard we promised, we say so directly and work to make it right. We do not attribute service failures entirely to external factors.

Maritime Safety and Regulatory Compliance

Yacht in Dubai expects the vessels and operators featured on its platform to meet applicable UAE maritime safety requirements and operating standards

We work with vessel operators and crew who are expected to hold the qualifications and certifications required for their respective roles and vessels.
Vessel capacity limits are strictly observed. We do not exceed the guest limits specified for each yacht — whether a 33 ft vessel accommodating up to 6 guests or a 90 ft luxury yacht accommodating larger groups.
Life jackets are available on all vessels. Children under the age of 10 are required to wear life jackets while on the outer deck, in accordance with the applicable vessel and safety requirements. This requirement is communicated to guests at the time of booking
Guests must carry the identification required for their status and the applicable vessel or operator requirements. The specific documentation requirements are communicated to guests before the tour.
Guests are required to arrive at the designated marina at least 30 minutes before departure. This arrival requirement is communicated at the time of booking and before the tour date.
Onboard safety incidents are documented and reviewed in accordance with our internal procedures.

Honest Package Representation

All yacht descriptions on our website — size, capacity, facilities, complimentary inclusions, and available add-ons — accurately reflect what guests will experience.
Where complimentary soft drinks and water are included, the applicable inclusions are clearly stated on the relevant product or booking confirmation. Additional arrangements — BBQ equipment, live cooking, luxury catering, custom menus — are clearly identified as chargeable add-ons that must be requested in advance. We do not imply these are standard inclusions.
Customisation options, including birthday arrangements, corporate setups, special occasions, fishing equipment, inflatable slides, and jet ski sessions, are presented with clear information about availability, lead time, and applicable costs.
Water activities available as add-ons — swimming stops, jet skiing, fishing — are described accurately, including which yachts support which activities.
Festival and special event packages — Diwali, Eid, Christmas, New Year — are described with clear inclusions and pricing. Fireworks viewing packages include honest descriptions of which landmarks are visible and under what conditions.

Fair Pricing and Booking Terms

All prices on our website are fully inclusive of stated services. Optional extras are priced and presented separately before any payment commitment.
We do not change pricing after a booking has been confirmed.
Cancellation and refund terms are communicated clearly at the time of booking and applied consistently to all guests.
Payment methods, including online payment, bank transfer, card, and cash at our office where available, are clearly communicated before booking.

Environmental Responsibility on the Water

Dubai’s coastline and the Arabian Gulf are shared spaces. We take our responsibility to operate on them respectfully seriously.

We enforce a strict no-littering policy on all vessels. Waste management on board is the responsibility of the crew.
We do not encourage or facilitate any activity that pollutes Dubai’s waters or disturbs marine life.
We work with vessel operators who are expected to maintain their vessels in accordance with applicable safety and environmental requirements

Commercial Conduct

We do not accept payment from any third-party operator or supplier in exchange for being featured or recommended on our platform.
We do not fabricate, incentivise, or suppress guest reviews.
We do not engage in bribery, undisclosed commissions, or kickback arrangements.

Conflicts of Interest

Identified conflicts are assessed and managed appropriately, including disclosure where the conflict could materially affect a recommendation or guest arrangement.
