A guest who books a 33 ft yacht expecting it to accommodate 10 people, or who arrives at the marina without the required identification because our booking page did not make it clear, has a problem that could have been prevented by accurate content. 2. Correct — The relevant page is updated immediately. Documentation requirements, capacity limits, and pricing are treated as the highest priority.
3. Notify affected guests — Where a correction affects guests who have already booked, we contact them directly and promptly.
4. Acknowledge — For meaningful factual errors, we add a brief, dated correction note to the relevant page. We do not make corrections silently.
5. Check for recurrence — We review whether the same error exists elsewhere on our platform.
