All yacht specifications — size, capacity, facilities, and price — are verified before publication and updated immediately when changes occur.
Complimentary inclusions and chargeable add-ons are clearly distinguished on every yacht and tour page. We do not present optional extras in a way that implies they are included in the base price.
Capacity limits are stated clearly for every vessel — guests need this information to choose the right yacht for their group size.
Seasonal guidance is communicated accurately: October to March generally offers pleasant conditions for yacht tours in Dubai. We communicate this without overstating the unsuitability of other months.
Documentation requirements are communicated clearly before departure. Tourists should carry their original passport, while UAE residents should carry the identification documents specified in our Terms & Conditions
Arrival timing requirements — guests should arrive at least 30 minutes before departure — are stated clearly and repeated in pre-tour communication.
Pricing is checked regularly and updated when changes occur. Published prices are intended to reflect the current rates available at the time of publication.

Add-ons available and, where applicable, their pricing or booking requirements — including BBQ, catering, fishing equipment, inflatable slides, jet ski arrangements, and swimming stops.

Where an experience involves third-party providers, external venues, entertainment, or other arrangements outside our direct control, we aim to identify relevant limitations or conditions where they materially affect the guest experience.

Keeping Content Current

Where a material change cannot be reflected immediately, we prioritise correcting the information and, where appropriate, notifying affected guests.
Seasonal guidance and blog content are reviewed annually at minimum.
If outdated or incorrect content is identified — by our team or reported by a guest — correcting it takes immediate priority.
